I am a therapist with a degree in cognitive-behavioural therapy and EMDS therapy. In my practice, I use methods and techniques that broadly cover human nature. I also use Mindfulness and meditation techniques. Mind and body are one inseparable organism. Our concern should focus on both elements of our lives equally. During the consultation, we work together to achieve the right balance in life.
I worked for many years in large corporations. I have many years of experience helping people working under intense pressure and treating health complications related to excessive stress. I help in the treatment of deep depression and anxiety, also without the use of pharmacological agents.
I worked in The Comprehensice Care Company as a TBC Therapist. Currently I run a private practise. In Comprehensive Care I provided therapy to adult and teenagers with ADHD, Autism, deep depression, experiences of domestc violence, multiple suicide attempts, aggression, addictions and rape survivors.
Cognitive-behavioural therapy is a form of therapy that is clearly goal-oriented. Unlike other therapies, it deals mainly with the present, not the past. The basis of the assumption is the idea that every painful emotion and inappropriate behavior can be changed, even when firmly established and when they accompany us for many years.
